    Provided financial assistance; counseling; and other resources to individuals. Direct financial assistance was provided for rent, utilites, food, and medicine. Noncash assistance was provided by a food pantry; school supplies for children; and supplies for individuals with infants. Substantially all of the food and supplies provided to these individuals were donated by various organizations and individuals. Approximately 3,100 requests for assistence were fulfilled during the year, which includes repeat requests for assistance.
