THE FOUNDATION WILL MAKE GRANTS TO CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE MEANING OF IRC SECTION 501(C)(3) SELECTED BY THE DIRECTORS WITH THOSE GRANTS TO BE USED SOLELY FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF THE RECIPIENT ORGANIZATION.
