PREPARATION OF PROGRAMS AND PRINTED MATERIALS DESIGNED TO REDUCE CRIME RATES AND PROVIDE COUNSELING IN PRISONS, AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THRIFT STORES TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR PROGRAMS AS WELL AS ECONOMICAL SOURCE FOR CLOTHING TO NEEDY PERSONS IN THE COMMUNITY.
