Madison Street Festival Inc. is a non-profit organization made up of community volunteers that plan and organize a one day event held in the City of Madison. This event is family orientated and promotes businesses and organizations. We provide entertainment, craft vendors, artists, business and food vendors. There is a parade, car show, children's area and teen area. We are a true family event. Program support includes a donation to the organization that is chosen as a parade Grand Marshall. We provide grants to Madison City school activities and organizations, leadership training, Senior Center activities and events as well as to groups like Adults with Disabilities. These grants are awarded based on applications each year. Grants are awarded every January based on the net income from the previous year's festival. Since our 2021 festival was cancelled due to a rise in Covid cases in our area we did not have a festival, fundraise and could not present any grants in 2022.
