  • Staff Appreciation Initiatives

    Staff Appreciation, during the course of the year, our fundraising efforts also go to support our staff in many ways: stocking their lounge with food and beverages, appreciation lunches and gifts. Staff of 80 who we strive to support with expressions of gratitude. We have found that this, in turn, motivates them as they teach and serve the 700 students at Palmetto Middle School.

  • School Maintenance and Support

    This expense covers general maintenance at our school that goes beyond school funding, this would account for $11,949.71. Particularly $6,605.08 was spent on athletics equipment much needed for our PE classes that benefit a great percentage of our 700 students in addition to those that participate in our sports teams, as well as tools necessary for other clubs and non-athletic teams. We also supported $1,434.50 to elevate foundation which transformed our school positively in beautifying our landscape, benefiting our 700 students, 70 staff and all our community that has been having access to see as we promoted the inclusion and immersion of the art experience. $1,734.50 goes to a copy machine lease that supports all our staff and in turn our students benefit in academics. Finally we also pay $1,145 in communication software that benefits all of our community.
