Business Incubator Program
The TED Center Business Incubator Program supports the successful development of entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and emerging small businesses by providing affordable workspace, business training, technical assistance, and access to critical business resources. The program is designed to increase the likelihood that small businesses will survive, grow, create jobs, and contribute to community revitalization. Through the Business Incubator, clients receive individualized business counseling, business plan assistance, marketing support, financial literacy training, access to capital guidance, technology support, and connections to public, private, and nonprofit resouces. The Business Incubator also provides shared office services, including professional office space, meeting and conference rooms, reception support, mail services, copier access, and other administrative resources that help reduce operating costs for small businesses during the early stages of development. The program serves aspiring entrepreneurs, microenterprises, start-up businesses, and existing small business owners, with a focus on low-to-moderate income individuals and underserved communities throughout Palm Beach County. The Florida Women’s Business Center (FLWBC), a program of the Center for Technology, Enterprise and Development, Inc. (TED Center), provides business training, counseling, technical assistance, and resource support to women entrepreneurs and small business owners throughout South Florida. The program is designed to help women start, grow, and sustain successful businesses by providing access to one-on-one business counseling, business plan development, financial literacy education, marketing assistance, access to capital guidance, certification support, technology training, and entrepreneurial workshops. FLWBC serves aspiring entrepreneurs, start-up businesses, and existing small business owners, with a special focus on women, socially and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs, and underserved communities. Through strategic partnerships with public, private, nonprofit, and financial institutions, the Center connects clients to resources that strengthen business capacity, improve financial readiness, expand market opportunities, and support long-term business success.
