ESTABLISHED IN 1994 WE SUPPORT 100+ CATS AND KITTENS ON-SITE AND75 IN SHORT AND LONG TERM FOSTER CARE. APPROXIMATELY 30-40 CATS ARE AVAILABLE FORADOPTION, WITH THE REMAINDER IN OUR CARE PERMANENTLY OR IN LONGTERM CARE. THE SHELTERIS FUNDED BY DONATIONS AND A THRIFT STORE. WE HAVE A SMALL TEAM OF EMPLOYEES TOMANAGE, MEDICATE AND CLEAN AND A DEDICATED VOLUNTEER TEAM OF APPROXIMATELY 50INDIVIDUALS THAT DO WHATEVER IS NECESSARY TO KEEP OUR SHELTER AND THRIFT STOREOPERATIONAL. CATS IN OUR CARE RECEIVE MEDICAL TREATMENT FROM LOCAL VETERINARIANS.FOSTER CARE FAMILIES CARE FOR KITTENS UNTIL THEY ARE READY FOR ADOPTION AND OTHERSHELP TO SOCIALIZE CATS WHO OTHERWISE WOULD BE CONSIDERED UNADOPTABLE. WE CONSIDEROURSELVES A RESCUE AND TRY TO FOCUS ON HELPING CATS WHO, WITHOUT RESCUE AND CAREWOULD NOT BE ADOPTABLE AND WOULD LIKELY BE EUTHANIZED.WE ASSIST OUR COMMUNITY WITH EDUCATION ON CAT BEHAVIOR TO K
