Mission Statement
THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION SHALL BE THE ACCUMULATION AND DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE SERVICE AREA OF SAWNEE ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION ("SAWNEE EMC"). UPON DISSOLUTION OF THE FOUNDATION, ANY REMAINING FUNDS SHALL BE DISTRIBUTED ONLY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW.
