THE ORGANIZATION CEASED ITS PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS DURING 2020 AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF LIQUIDATING ITS ASSETS TO CONTRIBUTE TO RADIO BY GRACE, INC. WHICH WAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS BYLAWS AND MISSION PURPOSE.
