Mental Illness Advocacy Program
National Alliance on Mental Illness of Contra Costa County (NAMI CC) had secured funding from Contra Costa County Behavioral Health Services to implement a county wide program to advocate for the mentally ill and those caring for them. We then renewed the contract for the FY 2018-2019 and has since become a major program to recruit volunteer to help build more support for Contra Costa County. NAMI CC also hired a full-time Executive Director to help focus the companies fundraising and streamline and emphasize all programs. NAMI CC had also underwent a stringent re-affiliated process with NAMI National which has been accepted.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2021 – Jun 30, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$1.8MPeer Support for Mental Health
