Community Outreach and Workforce Development
PROVIDES JOB REFERRALS, EDUCATIONAL CLASSES, SOCIAL EVENTS, AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES; MONITORS NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS; PUBLISHES MONTHLY NEWSLETTER AND ANNUAL DIRECTORY; COMMUNITY OUTREACH; WEBSITE AS AN INFORMATIONAL RESOURCE BY MEMBERS AND CONSUMERS; WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT; AWARD/RECOGNITION PROGRAM FOR MEMBERS; ASSISTS OTHER NON-PROFITS.MORE SPECIFIC ACCOPLISHMENTS DURING 2022 INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Achieved an 87% membership renewal rate, ending the year with 397 members Executed all signature events with impressive attendance, sponsor engagement, and exceeded annual fundraising goals Successfully continued the CATT Training Series with certifications and educational classes taught by members and partnersJobs to Bid Program:Referred over 300 Jobs to Bid exclusively to CATT membersDistributed 20,000 copies of the Building & Remodeling Guide throughout the regionPromoted CATT sponsors and partners at events, online, and through our Annual Building AwardsNetworking: Held five sold-out outdoor fundraising events: Spring Golf at Greys Crossing, Sporting Clays at Capitol City Gun Club, Fall Golf at Incline Village Championship Golf Course and a Chili Cook Off and Cornhole Tournament.
