GRS secured updated cyber security in the office, computers and hard drives.Donations: GRS obtained 24 free OraQuick In-Home HIV tests. Golden Rule Services Program Accomplishments FY2023-2024:Quarter One: GRS entered a $0 MOU contract with Sacramento County to obtain tests/supplies and cover the lab fees associated with any tests. Golden Rule Services (GRS) was awarded the Black/African American and Latinx HIV/HCV Testing contract (1/31/23) Obtained our CLIA renewals for GRS office and the mobile testing unit GRS updated its HIV Quality Assurance Plan GRS obtained In-kind office supplies from Sacramento County GRS staff attended the following trainings: The National STD curriculum (1/12/23), Status Neutral Training (1/20/23), OA stakeholder QAPLC (1/23/23), Chexout training (2/2/23), Applying HIV assist training (2/15/23), PrEP Uptake (2/13/23), HIV Medication Therapy Management (2/21/23), HIV is Not a Crime webinar (2/28/23), PrEP on Demand (3/14/23) and STI Clinical Update webinar (3/28/23 GRS conducted 16 testing outreach events (13 Sac Buddies, 1 Poly Studio, 1 Bolt, 1 Asparinet) One hundred and five (105) clients have obtained rapid HIV testing this quarter. Sixteen tested for the first time. One hundred and three (103) clients have obtained 3-site STD testing. Seven clients testing reactive for STD (4 reactive for chlamydia and 3 reactive for gonorrhea) and were referred for treatment. Seventy-five clients obtained a rapid HCV test. The GRS website recorded 1,043 unique views. One hundred and five clients obtained PrEP education. Quarter Two: Completed annual audit early Completed Sacramento County Administrative Site Visit Conducted a World AIDS Day press conference and received a California Legislative Assembly Resolution Attended capacity building meetings with Gilead Pharmaceutical to explore clinic expansion Attended Sacramento County Racial Equity Summit Mr. Sullivan is now a member of the HIV Health Services Planning Council GRS is now a member of the Sacramento Black Chamber of Commerce, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Rainbow Chamber of Commerce Thirteen (13) clients have obtained rapid HIV testing this quarter. Eleven (11) of these clients also tested for STI (85%). Of those tested, 9 identified as People of Color (69%), 2 identified as men who have sex with men (MSM) (15%), and 1 identified as MSM of Color (8%). Three clients tested for the first time. Thirteen (13) obtained 3-site STI testing. Eleven (11) of these clients also tested for HIV l (85%). Of the 8 identified as People of Color (69%), 3 identified as MSM (23%), and 1 identified as MSM of Color (8%). One client testing reactive for STI (chlamydia) and was referred to treatment. Four (4) clients obtained a rapid HCV test. Of those, 3 identified as People of Color (75%), 2 identified as MSM, and 2 identified as MSM of Color (50%) The GRS website recorded 12,907 pages viewed and 1,732 were unique viewers. Although only 1% of the 2,345 unique viewers visited our HIV testing appointment page, PrEP Navigation page, and STI testing page, Seventy-six percent (76%) viewed our website on desktops, 23% on mobile devices, and 1% on tablets. GRS appeared in over 285 Google searches. Of those searches, 166 asked for directions to GRS and 71 called the office. Thirteen clients obtained PrEP education. Nine clients were referred to Sacramento County Sexual Health Clinic for PrEP. Quarter Three Obtained mandatory Cyber Insurance Policy Renewal Golden Rule Services received the prestigious 2024 Legacy in Excellence award from the 36th Annual Sacramento Black History Month Expo Golden Rule Services received the prestigious 2024 Business in Excellence award from the Sacramento Rainbow Chamber of Commerce Attended capacity building meetings to explore clinic expansion Twenty-two (22) clients have obtained rapid HIV testing this quarter. Twenty (20) of these clients also tested for STI (90%). Of those tested, 20 identified as People of Color (90%), 14 identified as men who have sex with men (MSM) (64%), and 10 identified as MSM of Color (45%). One clients tested for the first time. Twenty-three (23) clients obtained 3-site STI testing. Twenty (20) of these clients also tested for HIV (87%). Of those tested, sixteen (16) identified as People of Color (69%), 13 identified as MSM (57%), and 9 identified as MSM of Color (39%). One clients testing reactive for STI (chlamydia) and was referred to treatment. One client tested for the first time. Six (6) clients obtained a rapid HCV test. Of those, 5 identified as People of Color (83%), 3 identified as MSM (50%), and 2 identified as MSM of Color (33%) The GRS website recorded 11,792 pages viewed and 5,531 were unique viewers. Eighty percent (80%) of the 5,531 unique viewers visited our HIV testing appointment page, PrEP Navigation page, and STI testing page, Seventy-eight percent (78%) viewed our website on desktops, 21% on mobile devices, and 1% on tablets. GRS appeared in over 102 Google searches. Of those searches, 150 asked for directions to GRS and 88 called the office. Twenty-three (23) clients obtained PrEP education. Three clients were referred to Sacramento County Sexual Health Clinic for PrEP and/or DoxyPEP Quarter Four GRS obtained its CLIA renewal GRS secured Dr. Daniel Lewis as its new Medical Director GRS completed and submitted its 990 tax return Mr. Sullivan completed required Attorney General and Fair Political Practice Commissions Public Service Ethics Education course GRS obtained in-kind office supplies from Sacramento County GRS participated in the NorCal AIDS Cycle fundraiser GRS collaborated with Sacramento County to provide HIV testing Sacramento Pride GRS conducted a HIV/STI/HCV information table at Sacramento Juneteenth GRS participated in a HIV Best Practices training with Gilead GRS was featured on a STD and Homelessness segment on the local Univision station (May 24) Thirteen clients obtained rapid HIV testing this quarter. All thirteen of these clients also tested for STI (100%). One clients tested for the first time. Thirteen clients obtained 3-site STI testing. Ten of these clients also tested for HIV (77%). One client tested for HIV for the first time. Five clients obtained a rapid HCV test. One client tested for the first time for HIV. The GRS website recorded 9,600 pages viewed and 1,400 were unique viewers Twenty-six clients obtained PrEP education.
