    Spay Neuter Assistance Program PAWS provides spay neuter assistance to low income families. In 2024, we issued vouchers to have 1189 pets altered. This program helps reduce the unwanted pet population and aids in reducing the number of unwanted animals entering shelters.

    Tag Your Pet Program PAWS provides reduced cost pet id tags to the public for the purpose of returning lost pets to their owners and to aid the shelters in finding owners of lost animals entering there. In 2024 we provided 985 pet id tags to the general public.
