THE CENTER WILL ALSO PROVIDE KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF ADDRESSING SUCH PROBLEMS AS STREET FLOODING, BROKEN SIDEWALKS, SANITATION CONDITIONS, SAFETY ISSUES, SCHOOL ISSUES AND OTHER COMMUNITY PROBLEMS AS THEY OCCUR. THE CENTER WILL OFFER AFTERSCHOOL TUTORING TO ELEMENTARY AGE STUDENTS IN GRADES 2 THROUGH 5 AS WELL AS TODDLERS MOMMY & ME PROGRAMS, A SANTA DAY AND A PARK FAIR AND OTHER VALUABLE PROGRAMS AFFECTING THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE RICHMOND HILL COMMUNITY.
