SOAR Workforce Development Program
The SOAR Fund is used to account for a grant from the Department of Labor to fund a program which is an established community-based re-entry program that offers workforce development, $12 an-hour paid work experience, and wraparound social services in high-poverty, high-crime areas across the US, funded by the Department of Labor.
