    The Spring Parade of Homes is an annual event for builder members to showcase new homes to the public. Homes are open from 1-7pm for two consecutive weekends, the last weekend of May and first weekend of June. There is no charge to tour any of the homes. Visitors to the parade can pick up the Spring Parade of Homes official guidebook at the sponsoring retailer's locations. The official publication lists all the homes and area maps that are entered in the event. The 2020 Spring Parade of Homes consisted of 99 homes with 42 builders participating. Builders pay an entry fee of $650 per home to participate.The Fall Parade of Homes is an annual event for builder members to showcase new homes to the public. Homes are open from 1-7pm for nine consecutive days, typically in September. There is no charge to tour any of the homes. Visitors to the parade can pick up the Fall Parade of Homes official guidebook at the sponsoring retailer's locations. The official publication lists all the homes and area maps that are entered in the event. The 2020 Fall Parade of Homes consisted of 113 homes with 50 builders participating. Builders pay an entry fee of $1,750 for the first home entered and $1,500 per each additional home to participate.

  • Program 2 [2020]

    Member services offered by Central Oklahoma Home Builders Association Inc. include representation on the national, state and local levels and special insurance rates to qualified members, builder/associate contacts, member library, COHBA state and national logos, conventions and website privileges.
