Active seniors are more engaged, volunteer more, and generally add value to the overall fabric of a thriving community.The CCL serves almost 6,000 senior citizens in SW Oklahoma. The senior nutrition program was designed to help seniors learn about nutrition and provide a nutritious, healthy meals at least three days a week.
