The Carroll County Veterans Memorial Park Association, Inc sole purpose is to provide a site to Honor, Preserve, and Display the names of Carroll County Veterans. The organization has been successful in completing the major portion of the park's construction to benefit the Veterans. The park is used for its intended purpose to host Veteran Activities.
