    EDUCATIONAL SERVICES - EARLY INTERVENTION/PRESCHOOL/DAY CARE SERVICES: BCCS provides educational and day care services to children from birth to five years old. These services include early intervention, preschool, day care, before and after care, and evaluations. The children may also receive speech therapy, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. Many children receive subsidies from BCCS in the form of discounted day care rates. BCCS services approximately 500 children.
