    Advent10n was an in-person event over 3 days. Advertising professionals, educators, and students from across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana gathered for workshops for personal and professional growth, networking, Southwest Advertising Hall of Fame induction ceremony, Mosaic Awards, and the National Student Advertising Competition.

  • AAF Austin American Advertising Awards

    The AAF Austin American Advertising Awards is the biggest night for the advertising community in Austin. The theme for the year played off of the board's guiding principle for the year: "Journey to Inclusion". The "journey" was the arrival to an elevated "Platinum Experience". As a venue, the Bullock Texas History Museum offered a theater with excellent AV capabilities and elegant setting. Several hundred were in attendance.

  • Big Wigs Event

    Big Wigs was an in-person event paying homage to the talented professionals behind the scenes who are not typically recognized for their hard work and achievements. The Big Wigs committee took lead from the board's guiding principle for the year: "Journey to Inclusion". For the event, the "journey" focused on the career path of our members. The event was held at Wanderlust and featured a live band after the awards ceremony. This was the first time AAF Austin offered NFTS as a digital award to supplement the physical awards. Attendance was about 150.
