  • HART Program

    The HART (HIV/AIDS Responsive Therapy) Program helps PLWHA and their family members, providing counseling at very low cost - and at no cost for some clients. PLWHA can seek therapy at Waterloo's office or other social service providers, so that transportation is never a barrier. The open door program ensures that low-income people receive counseling on a sliding scale at a very low cost or at no cost. Services can also be accessed by clients using their insurance, including traditional medicaid and medicare.
