    OLI's program service accomplishments include, but are not limited to: delivery of public education and awareness programs through workshops, state programs, volunteers, interactive e-Learning, online materials via a national website and face-to-face presentations; provide competitive OL State grant for innovative highway-rail grade crossing or railroad trespass prevention projects; develop new educational materials and public awareness campaigns; develop targeted marketing campaigns across the country; and organize and implement a national rail safety week.
