SERVICE PROJECTS (20%) THE CLUB DOES APPROXIMATELY A DOZEN SERVICE PROJECTS IN BOTH THE FALL AND SPRING SEMESTER WITH AN EXTENDED THREE-DAY SERVICE TRIP EACH SPRING. 3. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (10%) THIS INCLUDES A HOST OF NEW MEMBER EDUCATION ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING ONE-ON- ONE MEETINGS, STUDY HALL, SERVICE, TRAINING, AND INITIATION. 4. NEW MEMBER RECRUITMENT (10%) EACH SEMESTER, THE CLUB TAKES NEW MEMBERS. THIS PROCESS INCLUDES SEVERAL ACTIVITIES DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE POTENTIAL MEMBERS TO THE CLUB AND VICE VERSA
