Leadership Austin

Programs
Program 1 [2021]
Leadership Austin responded to health gathering limits placed on our community by the pandemic by moving all our programming to a virtual platform this fiscal year. The organization delivered 135 virtual programs over the last 12 months. Leadership Austin added a suite of new virtual programming for our Alumni who were wanting engagement opportunities as they each worked through the social isolation that came with the pandemic. We offered 29 free curriculum days where Alumni could connect on various topics addressing the needs of our community. Our Engage series has traditionally been a breakfast series conversation on a current community event. When meeting in person the room could hold 200 attendees. During this last year we pivoted to delivering Engage online through Facebook Live and exceed 1,000 views for each conversation. Our largest conversation peaked at 3,700 views. Our applications based year long programs - Essential and Emerge were delivered using a new learning management tool which provided a one stop shop for the participant and pre-work for each session. The 10-month Essential Class had 239 lessons designed and the Emerge Class had 133 lessons structured through a new learning management system. As a relationship based organization, our socials and fund raisers were delivered virtually through a social gathering software providing various engagement opportunities for all attendees.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2020 – Jun 30, 2021Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$968.5KLeadership Development for Community Transformation
