THIS PROGRAM OFFERS FREE TESTING AND TREATMENT FOR SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES FOR AGES 15-29 (SOME EXCLUSIONS APPLY). THE NURSES OFFER IN-DEPTH EDUCATION ABOUT DISEASES, RISKS, CONSEQUENCES, PARTNER TESTING AND DIRECTION FOR MAKING HEALTHY CHOICES. HELPING THROUGH PREGNANCY CLIENT SERVICES PROGRAMS OFFER COMPASSIONATE, CONFIDENTIAL CONSULTATIONS FOR WOMEN AND MEN FACING AN UNEXPECTED PREGNANCY.
