The Arlington Life Shelter provides emergency food and shelter and has a job readiness program that prepares families and individuals to return to self-sufficiency. In 2020, Arlington Life Shelter expanded with a new and remodeled building from 14,000 sq. ft. to 26,000 sq ft. to be able to serve approximately 40% more than 2019. Arlington Life Shelter's employment program had 33% of the residents maintain their employment while experiencing homelessness and 40% of unemployed gain employment while staying at the Shelter.
