The Great Commission of Jesus Christ
2024 was yet another growth year for Servants of Christ International. We added fourteen (14!) new people as missionaries and are now total 71 people actively serving in one capacity or another. Our finances went up accordingly. The core of our ministry is to provide administrative service for part time mission workers and US donors who have known partners overseas. However, we continue to add workers who are serving full time outside the USA. Three of the new workers are doing ministry through outdoor recreation in Mexico, Belize, and Nepal. Another has been working with special needs kids in Slovakia, and at the same time delivering relief supplies into neighboring Ukraine he owns a semi-truck and drives clear across Ukraine, delivering supplies given to him by huge US ministries who are unable to operate in the war zone (as EU insurance wont allow them). This same man also is doing extensive relief work in northern Uganda with refugees from South Sudan. One lady operates an orphanage for children rescued from trafficking in the Philippines, and new workers have begun as workers in existing ministries in Nepal and Romania. The church construction ministry continues to complete half built churches; during 2024 these were 21 projects in Malawi, Kenya, India, Philippines, Nepal, Bangladesh, Chile, Mozambique, Brazil, and Uganda. We also did water well projects in Philippines, and in Zambia. We have a Bible college teacher in Liberia and a relief worker in Ukraine. A pastor in Poland has assisted literally hundreds of Ukrainian refugees over a long time now. We sent food relief grants through our trusted agents in Uganda, Kenya, Belarus, and Poland (for Ukrainians). We have people assisting missionary families in closed countries to operate homeschooling networks. Within the USA, one worker conducts retreats and counseling for discouraged pastors; another layman cuts hair for homeless using a donated milk truck (now mobile barber shop). One couple serves refugee families in Las Vegas- this couple has raised their own support and enough to rent an apartment in the refugee community, to offer ESL and myriad of other services Monday through Friday. So we have a wide diversity of people who all serve under a common banner, called The Great Commission of Jesus Christ, to carry good news and help around the world.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2024 – Dec 31, 2024Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$2.3M
