  • Residential Leadership Program

    The ministry connects with over 470,000 people annually via online chats, phone calls, text messages and reading plans. Responding to the seekers are approximately 750 part-time volunteers and 20 paid part-time interns. The interns are selected for our "Residential Leadership Program," a 12 month paid internship focusing on on-line evangelism skills and small team management. We currently have 20 interns, all of whom are seminary students.

  • Evangelism Response Platform

    Maintained an evangelism response platform that allows any two people, anywhere in the world, on any device, to have a live conversation about Jesus. Shared use of our proprietary evangelism response platform with other faith-based ministries, and provided response resources from our team of volunteers and paid part-time interns for those ministries' incoming chats.

  • Evangelism Campaigns

    Conducted multiple evangelism campaigns directing people to our various websites (needhim.org, 1questionforgod.com, chataboutchrist.com and chataboutfaith.com) and via text through the number "JESUS" (53787). Ran commercials on Christian radio stations around the US as well as multiple social media sites such as Facebook and Google promoting the various ministry websites. Expenses included production costs and airtime for commercials.
