THE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT ENDOWMENT FUND OR FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ENCOURAGING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO MAKE GIFTS TO THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF LUBBOCK, INC. AND FOR PROVIDING A MORE SECURE AND PERMANENT MEANS OF FINANCING AND SUPPORTING THE PURPOSES AND ACTIVITIES OF THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF LUBBOCK, INC.
