  • Feedback Commons Social Impact Project

    BetterBuying with funding provided by Disney Foundation worked with Keystone to implement Keystone's Constituent Voice Learning Loops via the Feedback Commons to enable global brands and suppliers to identify key social impact risks in supply chains and co-create solutions. Due to covid-related constraints the project pivoted to focus more on the feedback than the learning loops but was completed satisfactorily.

  • Constituent Feedback Systems Development

    It is a means to collect and use key constituent feedback data - for individual organizations and to advance the field of feedback for social change purposes. Individual organizations who have benefited from this work in the US include: Ashoka: Innovators for the Public United States Agency for International Development Feedback Labs Root Change Disney Foundation Better Buying L'Arche International. Many more organizations have benefited from our opensource methodology and freely available tools and resources which it is our mission to develop and disseminate. This increasingly sophisticated field of practice is growing which is why we created the Feedback Commons an online feedback systems management platform. Keystone's work and methodology have been featured in national and international publications and websites including the Stanford Social Innovation Review Alliance Magazine Giving Compass and others.
