The Foundation utilizes an online grants management system. All applications should be submitted online. Grants are reviewed quarterly.

Submission deadlines
SUBMISSION DEADLINES ARE MARCH 31, JUNE 30, SEPTEMBER 30 AND DECEMBER 31.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

Grants are considered within the States of Texas, New Mexico. All charitable fields are considered. Grants are for general operations. No grants to individuals.
