    THE GBTA, SILICON VALLEY CHAPTER HAS BEEN SERVING OUR MEMBERS FOR OVER 30 YEARS. OUR MEMBERSHIP IS COMPRISED OF OVER 250 SILICON VALLEY BUSINESS LEADERS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL SERVICES WITH A TOTAL ANNUAL TRAVEL EXPENDITURE EXCEEDING $1 BILLION. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR THE EXCHANGE OF IDEAS AS WE PROMOTE MEMBERS' GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT THROUGH EDUCATION AND INVOLVEMENT. WE PRESENT PROGRAMS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE THE PROFESSIONALISM OF OUR MEMBERS AND THEIR EMPLOYER ORGANIZATIONS ON ISSUES WHICH AFFECT BUSINESS WHILE ADVANCING KNOWLEDGE THROUGH MONTHLY SEMINARS, LECTURES, EVENTS, PUBLICITY AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL MEANS.

    The GBTA, Silicon Valley Chapter has been serving our members for over 30 years. Our membership is comprised of over 120 silicon valley business leaders responsible for the purchase of travel services with a total annual travel expenditures exceeding $1 billion. Our goal is to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas as we promote membersgrowth and development through education and involveement. We present programs and opportunities to enhance the professionalism of our members and their employer organizations on issues which affect business while advancing knowledge through monthly seminars, lectures, events, publicity and other educational means.
