The Agency places children in licensed foster family homes which provide 24 hour non-medical care and supervision. The Agency also provides counseling for abandoned, abused, or delinquent children placed in foster care by authorized county agencies of welfare and probation departments pursuant to provision of the California State Department of Social Services.
