Upaya creates dignified jobs for people living in extreme poverty by building scalable businesses with investment and consulting support. Since 2011, Upaya has supported 42 small and growing businesses in India with investments and expertise. As of December 2024, Upaya partners had created 46,186 lasting and dignified jobs. In 2024, Upaya accelerated the growth of seven additional companies and selected four new partners for our investment portfolio.
