IN ORDER TO GENERATE THOSE FUNDS, THE CORPORATION WILL ENGAGE IN FOUR PRIMARY ACTIVITIES: 1.MERCHANDISE SALES FUNDS WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH SALES OF BILOXI HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING HATS, TSHIRTS, PULLOVERS, SWEATSHIRTS, ETC.;2.ANNUAL FUNRAISING INCOME WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH DRAWDOWN EVENT;3.SIGN PROGRAM FUNDS WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH SALES OF CORPORATE SIGNS/BILLBOARDS TO BE PLACED ON THE OUTFIELD WALL AT THE HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL STADIUM; AND 4.CONCESSIONS FUNDS WILL BE GENERATED THROUGH THE OPERATION OF THE HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL STADIUM CONCESSION STAND AT EACH OF THE HOME BASEBALL GAMES.
