The annual meeting was held on March 4, 2024. The board met with the architect in January of 2023 and fundraising for Phase 2 began,which includes final architectural plans for HVAC and new south entrance with ADA compliant entry door, new windows, as well as new insulated siding and new roofing material. $105,000 of major gifts was received along with $9,460 of smaller gifts. Architectural costs incurred in 2023 totaled $64,850. Timing of starting bidding and construction of the next phase will depend on some new financing along with ongoing donations and pledges from the community, and the success of grant applications.
