The organization assists the elderly and disabled individuals by being a conservator, payee, VA fiduciary, trustee, and personal representative for a probate who are unable to manage their own finances/assets. The organization also educates the public on both the physical and financial forms of elder abuse. The organization acts as a court ordered guardian for elderly and disabled adults as well as providing case management for them. In certain circumstances the organization dedicates several pro bono hours for the individuals they serve.
