    A public/private partnership between Houston Golf Association and the City of Houston, the Municipal Golf Initiative seeks to transform underserved communities by improving green spaces and restoring civic amenities. The Houston Municipal Golf Association (HMGA) operates the F.M. Law Park and Gus Wortham Golf Course for the City of Houston.
