    OAC Pathways - This program invites new models of design, architecture, and planning practice. Over the course of 10 weeks, an interdisciplinary cohort meets weekly to gain skills, build a peer to peer community, and chart a course for their practice. 25 people benefited from the trainings.

  • Pathways Consulting Services

    Pathways Consulting - from assessments to customized workshops, we work together to build internal capacity and commitment to cultivating belonging as an ongoing practice for architecture, philanthropic, and other industry related companies. Five workplaces consulted with us including about 250 individuals participating.
