The organization comprises a network of professional designers who volunteer their time to quickly and efficiently design fun, creative spaces that are also functional for children of all needs, particularly those facing medical crises, at no cost to the families. In 2023, the organization provided room installations for 11 families. The organization also implemented a Pop Up Designer Program in 2023. This endeavor further extends the organization's services by facilitating partnerships between Savvy-trained designers and Make-A-Wish chapters in neighborhoods where the organization does not yet have an affiliate chapter presence.
