"The Y2B (Youth to Business) Web Impact Program, a key initiative under the Digital Sales Access Program (DSAP), utilized a two-pronged approach to foster digital skills development and support local minority-owned businesses. The program taught youth from Franklin High School how to build and enhance websites for small businesses participating in the DSAP program. The instruction was led by an experienced educator from Port-au-Prince, Haiti. This cohort served 25 businesses, providing tailored web development services while offering hands-on learning experiences for the youth participants. The demographic breakdown of the youth involved included 20 female, 4 male, and 1 non-binary/non-conforming student, demonstrating a commitment to inclusivity. The Y2B Web Impact Program effectively bridged the digital skills gap by empowering youth with practical, in-demand technical skills and delivering valuable website enhancements to DSAP business participants, contributing to their digital growth and online presence."GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2023 – Dec 31, 2023Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$77.6K
