    In January of 2021 Public Watchdogs legal team affirmed that one (1) of our two 2020 federal lawsuits, opposing Edisons unsafe burial of 3.6 million pounds of radioactive nuclear waste was eligible for a U.S. Supreme Court appeal filing which was filed in May of 2021. The Supreme Court required Edison to respond to Public Watchdogs filing extending the courts decision into December of 2021.See Sch O
