    We hire high school students from under-resourced areas and equip them as teachers and role models. This has made positive impacts in their own lives and the lives of their younger peers.Through our after-school programs, weve seen a significant improvement in our students ability to grow in their literacy and public speaking skills. This is demonstrated in their reading comprehension and their abilities to construct a speech and delivery it to an audience.
