The coaching staff worked with the athletes both in the gym on indoor rowing machines and on the water in the rowing shells that the Illinois Rowing Association provides.

The equipment that we provide includes rowing shells oars docks and coaching launch boats. This equipment allows for effective practice for experienced participants and allows for the safe introduction of the sport of rowing to first-time rowers.
