    Cover 6 Outdoors has continued to grow in its 3rd year. It received the Guidestar Seal of Approval for 2019, which brought its attention to a generous donor who gave Cover 6 Outdoors a Grant to help them serve more Veterans and Active duty service members.Cover

  • Veteran Outdoor Activities

    Cover 6 Outdoors was able to take 97 Veterans/ Active duty Military on hunts and fishing trips including; Dove, Hog, Axis, and Whitetail hunts and bow fishing, lake fishing and bay fishing trips. These trips brought Veterans and Active duty military into an outdoor setting that helped them deal with stress and the affects of their experience in Combat.

  • Veteran Support for Outdoor Experiences

    Cover 6 Outdoors covered the price of meals and hotels for all hunting/fishing trips that were multiday events. This relieved stress the Veteran and Active Duty Military would have due to cost and allowed them to enjoy there experience and build camaraderie with other members that served or serve the Country. Cover 6 Outdoors also made many small purchases for items needed while taking Veterans into the Outdoors. These purchases included corn for feeders, water, ice, ammunition, blinds/stands and other items needed to make the hunting trips a success.
