  • Homeless Outreach Program

    Outreach Program - PPTFH has partnered with The People Concern, a Santa Monica-based comprehensive homeless service organization. We fund a full-time, professional outreach team that works in our community, Pacific Palisades, to compassionately engage homeless individuals and connect them with the essential services they need. They provide a range of support services that include psychiatric and physical health care, food and clothing, assistance reestablishing personal identification documents, applications for financial assistance, assistance finding and moving into temporary and permanent housing or, when possible, reunification with family.

  • Community Cleanup Support

    First Responder/Cleanup Support - PPTFH's volunteers partner with local police and other community service providers to maintain a clean and safe community. Funding was provided for cleanup supplies and payment for clean-up services of large item encampments. During FY21 volunteers cleaned up 414 encampments of all sizes.

  • Client Support Services

    Client Support - PPTFH provides funding to purchase snacks, water, hygiene products, which are being provided to the homeless individuals during outreach. Funding for household supplies, travel and temporary motel expenses are made available to homeless individual during the relocation into temporary or permanent housing.
