  • Robotics and Engineering Education Program

    Howdy Bots FRC Team: 20 teenagers design and build a robot during a six week intense build season. Teenagers participate in a competition in which these robots compete against other teams' robots in a game. Every year students gain knowledge and expertise on various subjects which include computer aided design, programming, machining, marketing, and fundraising. Through the different programs offered the participants are drawn toward careers in science and technology, and acquire technical experience solving complex engineering challenges.

  • North Austin Science Education Initiative

    North Austin Science Alliance is a weekly school year program exposing 102 students to science topics, hands-on learning, guest speakers, as well as virtual sessions with scientists. Children compete in the Science Bowl, Science Fest, and Science Olympiad.
