  • Youth Leadership Development Programs

    In 2024, Project VOYCE delivered youth-centered programming to Denver-area students focused on three key areas: leadership and civic engagement, healing justice training to help youth communicate their ideas effectively to stakeholders and community members, and collective action to advocate for and implement projects that center youth leadership and vision. Youth participants contributed directly to curriculum design and facilitation, increasing engagement, ownership, and relevance. Through initiatives such as the Transformational Youth Leadership Development Program, the Equitable Youth-Adult Partnership Initiative, and the youth-led Decidimos el Futuro convening, Project VOYCE reached over 100 young people with year-round leadership development, stipends, workshops, and employment opportunities.
