COMMON CONNECTIONS
Programs
Housing Repair & Rehabilitation Program
Collaborated with Grantee and subgrantee of Business Oregon CDBG grant program management to repair eight single family homes in Josephine County, five of which were completed in 2022 and the remaining three were finished in 2023. Common Connections acted as Program Mngr with contract for services to facilitate payments to Contractors specifically for Housing Repair projects designated for Housing Repair & Rehabilitation Program for Josephine County funded by Community Development Block Grant from Business Oregon to Josephine County (Grantee) and AllCare Community Foundation/ MidRogue Foundation (SubGrantee). Common Connections acted as pass through for each project, each project resulting in a lump sum lien filed against each participating property, benefitting AllCare Community Foundation/Mid Rogue Foundation. Gross Receipts include offsetting expenses of total passed-through payments to Independent Licensed Contractors and a program administration cost. Administration cost is directly related to Common Connections mission and vision for facilitating programs that uniquely serve the community of Josephine County and is considered a related business activity.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2023 – Dec 31, 2023Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$53.7K
