  • Women's Rights Advocacy and Support

    In 2022, wrote five reports on women's rights in China and related intersectional issues, and followed up on the United Nations Commission on Human Rights review activities and meetings related to women's rights in China. Supported over 100 volunteers. More than 100 counseling sessions were provided to victims of domestic and sexual violence through a hotline. Maintained an important social media platform through which it reported on important issues related to women's rights in China, and also provided capacity-building for young volunteers, including training in writing.

  • Local Women's Rights Campaigns

    In 2022, the project supported five local volunteer groups campaigning for women's rights in China, launched advocacy campaigns on key issues such as sexual violence, gender discrimination and domestic violence, organized more than 20 online and offline seminars, and held or participated in five exhibitions and performances.

  • Feminist Advocacy and Training

    In 2022 continued to connect with media outlets around the world and helped them cover feminist issues in China more than 50 times. Gave over 10 lectures to the American public and Chinese diaspora. Launched an advocacy campaign for a high-profile sexual assault case that garnered widespread media attention. Provided in-depth training to a core group of Chinese feminist organizers living in the Greater New York area.
